What to put in the email
Billing, cancellations and refunds
Include the payment date and amount, or the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt. The full terms are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Data protection and privacy
Access, correction, deletion and export requests all go to the same address — write from the address on your account and say what you want done. We reply within 2 working days and complete requests within 30 days, free of charge. Details: Privacy Policy.
A score you think is wrong
Send the report link and the check you disagree with. Every report page also has a “report a wrong score” link that fills this in for you. Corrections to the method are published in the changelog on the Methodology page.
