Meta Tag & Heading Builder

Enter your keyword and a one-line summary — get title options, a meta description and a heading outline, all pre-checked against the same length rules the audit scores.

How to use this

  1. 1Type the main phrase you want this page to be found for — e.g. “wedding photographer in Pune”.
  2. 2Add one line describing what the page offers.
  3. 3Pick a title you like and copy it, then copy the description underneath it.
  4. 4Paste both into your page’s SEO settings (or the <head> of your page). Keep the length bar green so Google doesn’t cut your text off.

What good meta tags do, and what they no longer do

A title tag and meta description still decide how your page is presented in search results, and the title remains one of the stronger on-page relevance signals. What has changed is the description: search engines rewrite it most of the time, so treat it as a strong suggestion rather than the text that will appear.

For AI answer engines the calculation is different again. Titles and descriptions are read as identifying metadata — useful for knowing what the page is — but the passage an engine quotes comes from your body content, not your meta tags. No meta description has ever been cited in an answer.

That makes the practical advice simple. Write the title for a human deciding whether to click and for a search engine deciding what the page is about, keep it in the 50–60 character range so it survives truncation, and make sure it describes the same thing your H1 does. Then spend the remaining effort on the body copy, which is what actually gets quoted.

The bulk CSV export is there for template-driven sites, where the same title pattern applies across hundreds of URLs and the real risk is duplication rather than wording.

One check is worth doing by hand whatever tool you use: read your title and your H1 side by side. If they describe different things, you are telling a search engine one story and a reader another, and the mismatch is one of the more common quiet penalties on otherwise well-optimised pages.
