Terms of Service

Effective

These terms govern your use of Maveriko. The parts worth reading before you scroll: you may only audit pages you are entitled to audit (§4), a subscription renews automatically until you cancel (§6), and a score is a professional assessment of a page — not a promise about where Google or any AI assistant will place you (§8).

1. Who this agreement is between

Maveriko (maveriko.com) is a product of Brand Vibe Consulting (“we”, “us”), of 4th Floor, Times Square Building, Andheri (E), Mumbai, Maharashtra 400059, India. Brand Vibe Consulting is the party you contract with under these terms. By using the site you (“you”) agree to them. If you are using Maveriko on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company, and “you” means the company.

2. What the service does

You submit a public URL. We fetch that page once, analyse it against a published set of checks, and return two scores — SEO health and GEO (how readable and citable the page is to AI answer engines) — together with the reasoning behind each check and the fixes we recommend. 3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Running a scan needs no account; saving history and reading every fix requires signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. One account per person or organisation — accounts may not be shared or resold.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to:

  • Only submit URLs you own, or are authorised to analyse. Every scan makes our server fetch that page. Submitting a URL is you asserting that you have the right to have it fetched and analysed.
  • Not use the service to load, stress, probe or disrupt any website, ours or anyone else’s.
  • Not attempt to bypass daily limits, access controls or paywalls — including by scripting the site, rotating IP addresses, or creating multiple accounts to multiply your free allowance.
  • Not scrape, resell, white-label or redistribute the service or its output as a product of your own. Using reports in your own client work is expressly fine; reselling access to the tool is not.
  • Not submit URLs whose content is unlawful, or use the service to infringe anyone’s rights.

Our crawler identifies itself as MaverikoBot/1.0 and obeys robots.txt. Site owners may block it at any time; the About page shows how.

5. The free tier

Free use includes 3 full scans per day, with both scores and the headline findings, and no sign-up required for a score. The allowance resets daily. It is provided as-is and we may change it, with notice on this page, as the cost of running the scanner changes.

6. Pro subscriptions and billing

  • Trial. Signing in starts a 7-day trial of the Pro experience. No card is required and nothing is charged when it ends.
  • Price. Pro is ₹2,499 per month (shown on the site as $29 for reference). Every charge is made in Indian Rupees — the USD figures are indicative, and your bank’s conversion rate and any foreign-transaction fee are between you and your bank.
  • Taxes. Prices are exclusive of GST or any other tax that applies, which is added where required by law.
  • Auto-renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for.
  • Payment processing. Payments are handled by Razorpay. We never receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • Failed payments. If a renewal fails, Pro features may be suspended after a short grace period. Your saved reports are not deleted when this happens.
  • Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal, and you may cancel before then.

7. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Refund eligibility, the request window and the processing timeline are set out in full in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. What a score is — and is not

Maveriko measures a page against publicly documented guidance from search engines and AI providers, plus our own published research. Two honest limits follow from that, and you accept both:

  • We do not control search or AI systems. Nothing here is a guarantee, warranty or prediction that you will rank in Google, appear in AI Overviews, or be cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity or any other engine. Those systems are third-party, undisclosed and constantly changing.
  • A score is an assessment, not a fact. Checks carry different strengths of evidence, some signals are inferred rather than observed, and the method is versioned and revised. The scores of the same page can legitimately change between method versions. If you think a check is scoring your page wrongly, tell us — every report has a link for exactly that.

Reports are information to act on with your own judgement. They are not legal, financial or professional advice.

9. Intellectual property

We own the site, the scoring engine, the methodology and the brand. You own the reports generated for your URLs and may use, print and share them freely, including with clients — that is what the export is for. You may not copy the scoring engine or methodology to build a competing product. Content on the pages you audit belongs to whoever owns those pages.

10. Availability and changes

We aim for the service to be available continuously, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature materially, we will refund the unused portion of your current period.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches §4, that is being used to abuse the scanner, or where we are required to by law. Where the breach is not serious we will contact you first. You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@maveriko.com. On closure we delete your account and reports as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost rankings, lost traffic or lost data, however caused. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or ₹5,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of §4 — in particular, from URLs you submitted without the right to do so.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws where you live. Before starting a formal dispute, please email us — most things are solved that way.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are emailed to account holders at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
